In their annual Brand Image Awards, Kelley Blue Book names the top brands in a variety of categories, including the two most refined luxury and non-luxury brands. For the third year in a row, the 2016 KBB Most Refined Brand is GMC.
KBB determines the winners of the Brand Image Awards based on the data gathered in the Kelley Blue Book Strategic Insights’ Brand Watch study, which surveys consumers to determine their perception of different automotive brands as well as what factors influence their familiarity and loyalty to certain brands.
